In this era of stress anxiety and pulls and pressures to dominate life, majority of people often turns towards comfort food to release them all. In this process they tend to make their body unfit. Fitness plays the most important part to prolong a person’s life. Hence it is of utmost important to keep the body healthy and fit.
The most important thing is to eat healthy. Quantity does not matter until and unless you are eating healthy. Green leafy vegetables, fruits that contain essential vitamins and minerals, oats are a must in one’s diet plan. Not eating or dieting is not a solution. Hunger will destroy the metabolism of the body and hence will lead to bloating. Drinking a lot of water helps a lot. Not only it will make the person feel fresh, it will also increase the metabolism and the digestion of the body. Water can be taken in the form of juices too. It will keep the mind fresh and body healthy. Put an end to the nasty habit of drinking cold drinks and flavored soda in the hot of summer and drink natural fruit juices instead. Avoid eating oily junk food because it provides less nutrition and will destroy the metabolism to pieces. Make it a habit of consuming curd or yogurt with food as it helps a lot.
So reduce fat from your diet as much as you can. Eat as much as you can but eat healthy. It is even suggested by doctors to eat five meals a day but make sure it contains more protein and vitamins than carbs and fat and you will stay healthy.
